I have had several occasions to use various professional services Shawn is able to provide. In each instance I have been thoroughly pleased with the manner in which he conducts his business. He is thorough, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient and seems able to conduct his business in a manner far beyond his years!
From the beginning we were updated daily in regards to interest rates and forecasts. We ended up buying a home on a short sale from a bank. Needless to say, there was a lien on the home. This lien caused us on the day before closing to become homeless. We found out we had a 50/50 shot of getting the home. Well, one week later we got the home, had a two day window to close because if we didn't, the house would go into foreclosure. Shawn was calm, cool and caring with us... he made it happen and everything went smooth at the closing table.
